In a dingy tavern by the sea, an unemployed matador makes a living by offering tourists photo stand-ins. The golden age of bullfighting is gone forever, and the former arenas are now modern shopping malls. Suddenly, everything changes when a Russian tourist visits the bar... This is Vladimir Putin, who has just discovered he longs to be a matador.

This 9-minute animated film is made in a variety of techniques, using actor, stop-motion and puppet animation (bunraku).
